Cream Ale by billy

Mash with 5 gallons of water. Set your mash temp to 149F.

Sparge with 3.6 gallons of water.

90 minute Mash

_This is a 90 minute boil beer! Since the color is so light, we boil it an extra 30 minutes before adding hops so it has a nice clean flavor!_

Hops: Mt. Hood from American Hops. Liberty was not available.

Boil the wort for 30 minutes.

Add 1.5 oz of hops.

Boil for 45 minutes.

Add 1 tsp Irish Moss and 1 tsp yeast nutrient.

Boil for 15 more minutes.

Add the remaining 0.5 oz hops and turn off the boiler.

Chill and add the yeast!

Ferment for two weeks. Keg it, and let chill for at least two weeks before you drink it.
